Our primary focus is lead generation/appointment setting for our varied clients. We are looking for enthusiastic lead generation representatives. This can be a contract/telecommute position or you can work at our call center based in Jacksonville Florida. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to think on their feet and have a proven track record of generating qualified leads. This candidate will have a strong business background with experience in setting appointments with senior executives. You must be a highly motivated, reliable, self-starter who takes ownership of a project and is persistent and effective when faced with a challenge. Basic computer skills are a must. Experience with CRM contact software is a plus.

· Appointment Setters generally work 20-25 hours each week making business-to-business phone contact calls on behalf of our clients. The goal of these calls is to generate qualified prospects and set solid appointments. Our approach focuses on building rapport and engaging in scripted conversations with high level decision makers.

· Team Leaders are the backbone of our company. These are managers who coordinate all marketing efforts and communication with our clients and work directly with appointment agents daily.  Team Leaders are also involved in company strategy, business development, script development, and hiring and training telemarketers.
Team leaders are expected to set appointments as well as manage and lead by example.
